First time staying here. It was clean and our room was clean. A little outdated but not bad. Breakfast was good. Some hot items eggs, sausage, waffles. Variety of bagels , danish, cold hot cereal. Only thing I didn't like is they wont let you bring your breakfast to your room! Also the housekeeping is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. They give you enough towels for one night so you have to go to desk to ask for clean towels. overall It was a good stay.

This was at the crossroads of a number of interstates and close to many attractions. Also close to train station which was important to us. The pool was great, just wish it had extended hours. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The sheets and pillowcases were soft and felt luxurious. This was a quick trip so did not have the opportunity for much else, but it was a great place to be when so far from home, (Alaska). I recommend this hotel and its staff.

The location is a bit sketchy and seeing the hotel from the outside was a bit off putting. Front desk was nice, room was clean. Layout of hotel was odd. No issues at all. Just a very basic affordable hotel for the area.

A decent one or two nights stay. Our room was clean, smelled good and the blankets were clean. NO signs of bedbugs, no stains on the carpets and the bathroom was really clean as well. We slept comfortably and have no complaints. The guy at the front desk wasn’t the most welcoming at 2am, but who is. Over all it was a decent stay There is a strong smell of weed in the hallway, but that’s what you get staying in a 420 friendly state. Our room didn’t smell of weed at all, so it’s a win.

Landscaping clean & tidy. Room nice & clean. Quiet area in rear of building where my room was located. Really nice breakfast buffet until 9:30am. I was pleased that check-in was at 3:00pm, checkout at 11:00am. They have an outdoor pool that I was looking forward to but it was end of September, beginning of October. I stayed for three nights-Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday nights.

Had a wonderful stay exceeded my expectations in every possible way clean, comfortable room with new furniture, comfy bed and friendly staff. My biggest concern when booking was the location as I was traveling, solo car free and was concerned it would be hard to navigate the area on foot to get to the RIPTA bus stop. While the area does not have crosswalks and only sidewalks on one side of the street, I found it to be rather easy to navigate on foot as someone who is used to navigating suburban style development. The major roads have many lanes, but there are traffic islands that break up the street making it easy to cross. If the hotel wasn’t near a RIPTA stop I wouldn’t have stayed here. RIPTA made it super convenient to get to downtown Providence to see everything I wanted to check out from downtown I took a bus to Newport. Interestingly, the bus from Newport passes behind the hotel about a mile away on a parkway so you could theoretically walk from the hotel to the bus directly to Newport and skip having to go downtown Providence before and after which is pretty cool, but I wanted to go downtown before and after anyways, so I did not do this. Please note! Although I had a easy time navigating the area on foot and with public transportation, I am used to walking in this type of environment if you are not used to walking in this environment or walking a lot in general and face any sort of mobility related issues this area would probably be very difficult for you to replicate my positive experience I left the hotel every morning prior to breakfast so I have no experience with breakfast. I would pick up McDonald’s or Dunkin on my walk to the bus stop. There was a slight hiccup when checking in as I booked through booking . com and it did not properly transfer to their system. They were able to locate my reservation and had to manually re-enter it was quickly taken care of without problem but I would recommend booking directly with them save everyone the hassle.
